Established by husband and wife team – Chef Tommes and Louise – That Little Wine Bar aims to please even the most discerning of palates. The well-traveled couple have spent much of their lives living abroad, but when they fell in love with Penang, they firmly put down their roots with their bouquet venture.

With inspiration from his trips and daily life, Chef Tommes regularly creates new dishes – which reflects on his weekly specials board.
