Sushi Heng
Sushi Heng is an unpretentious stall located humbly in Asia Cafe. Chef Heng is an internationally acclaimed chef who serves some of the most creative sushi dishes. With more than 28 years of experience in the kitchen, Chef Heng was trained by Japanese chefs and has worked in kitchens all over the world including 5 star hotels such as Sheraton and Las Vegas Hilton.
Orchan worked with Chef Nicholas Heng on an ad hoc basis to help him promote his culinary ideology and skills to the general public. We have hosted several themed reviews whereby Chef has showcased his masterful skill in constructing sublime sushi creations.
