Orchan was engaged to launch the original Five27 at Straits Quay, Penang, and subsequently its bar area. Orchan also continues to represent its founding Chef and former owner, Chef Nizar Achmad, an accomplished and award-winning Chef who has pioneered New Nordic cuisin ein Malaysia.
