Old alignments and partnerships may no longer be viable. But new ones may create the opportunities you need to let your business thrive again. This workshop steps participants through practical considerations and exercises to develop new collaborations and partnerships, to find each others strengths and share of voice, and to create a win-win situation to facilitate continuity and growth. Collaborations may range from a single project to strengthen your credibility for a client, through to a long term legal partnership involving shares and combined business interests. Either way, getting it right from the start will maximise your chances of success.

Led by Michelle Nunis and Dr Craig J Selby, this workshop will help decision-makers embrace collaborative partnerships and projects, by reframing perspectives on collaboration initiatives, showing how to establish robust groundwork to leverage and maximise each sides strengths, and to develop tools to work together to overcome any collective shortfall.
