During a crisis, it is usually the media that channel relevant information (and supposition) to the general public and help keep people informed. But each business has a far wider realm of stakeholders : investors, shareholders, staff, financiers, suppliers and customers. We need to ensure that stakeholders are communicated with, informed, and have their concerns addressed, just as much as we keep the public informed.
