Servcorp Media Experience | A New Place to Work
The serviced office industry in Malaysia is evolving rapidly in the marketplace. From co-working spaces which offer hot-desking and couch-surfing options, through to five star fully-serviced offices in MSC-status buildings, there's something for everyone. It steadily fits into the broader business culture in becoming the viable solution for the SMEs or larger corporations to house their employees. As the world’s second largest provider of managed workspace solutions which also pioneered the Virtual Office concept in 1980, Servcorp has been around in Malaysia for more than 20 years, with three facilities in Kuala Lumpur (KL).
Situated at Grade A buildings with easy access to KL’s major transportation arteries, Servcorp is known for its diverse range of smart, flexible, and professional solutions; and advanced workspace technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. Following from the launch of Servcorp’s Ilham Tower suites, Orchan offered exclusive Servcorp media experience opportunities to a number of media, primarily from Business and Property publications, so they could see first-hand how productive it can be to work out of a serviced office facility.
With ‘customer experience’ being Servcorp’s key priority, journalists from Malaysia SME, Malay Mail, Focus Malaysia, Robb Report Malaysia, and The Star Property were given an exclusive opportunity to gain first-hand experience on what Servcorp has to offer for their clients at one of the floors in KL. The use of serviced office suite experience was tailored with a personalised access to its array of unique, first-class facilities. Along with a dedicated receptionist, secretarial services, and a multilingual personal assistant, they had the chance to experience the amenities just like all Servcorp clients.
Servcorp Malaysia country manager, Joanne Tan-Rocca also spared time to be interviewed by some editors upon their visit, in order to explain in detail the origins of Servcorp and its current business projections in Malaysia. As journalists are often packed with hectic work schedules, this media experience provided means for the journalists to complete their work from a Servcorp private serviced office. That said; some had chosen to make full use of the time in doing a piece or write-up about their personal Servcorp experience (coverage below). All in all, the journalists were impressed with the comprehensive serviced office solutions in Servcorp and the exceptional experience by the Servcorp team.
