Malaysian
Electronic Payment System, or simply known as MEPS, the nation’s premier
payment network provider welcomed Al Rajhi Bank into its Shared ATM Network. Al
Rajhi Bank, the world’s largest Islamic bank, is the first foreign Islamic bank
to be a member of the network. As a member of the MEPS network, it provides
customers greater convenience to make ATM transactions at over 8,800 ATMs
nationwide. The collaboration also marks an important milestone for both MEPS
and Al Rajhi Bank.
Orchan
facilitated the press conference at KL Hilton involving MEPS’ Chairman, Al
Rajhi Bank’s Chief Executive Officer as well as Deputy Governor of Bank Negara
Malaysia. During the launch, media also witnessed the MOU signing between the
two parties. Orchan also pitched and facilitated one-on-one interviews with
