Over the weekend, a couple of friends and I were just hanging out over numerous glasses of ice lemon tea (all thanks to the hot and humid Malaysian weather) when a friend shared about how she felt the lack of, if any, internal communication in the company she’s working with. “I know there are some companies that issue newsletters and whatnot to keep their employees informed. I don’t expect my company to issue it all the time; but at least update us every once in a while about how the company is doing, especially when I give my 110%,” she said. “Sure, I can read and find out from newspaper and online portals for certain updates.
