Just before Malaysia went into lockdown, we had the opportunity to catch up with a friend of Orchan, Tyler Chin, for a discussion on some key topics associated with Change. One of the conversation points was Gigification - of literally everything.
Tyler's been in the recruitment industry, and shared his thoughts on how Gigification is changing his industry landscape and where it may be heading to into the future.
Three weeks on from this conversation, one thing is for certain - gigification of employment in many industries offers opportunities that mere weeks ago we might have taken for granted. Across the board, as a survival strategy, an agility strategy, and good old common sense business, gigification models are here to stay, and we believe they are going to be intensified across many industries.
