It will happen regardless. You can choose to fight it, but nothing, absolutely nothing, is static. Change always finds a way, and change will always happen.
Fighting change will not stop it; it will simply exhaust your resources first. And then it will win.
Try embracing change, and contributing to it; most importantly, let your contribution shape change in a positive way for you, your team, your brand, your life!
