From our experience hiring and developing our interns (most turned full-time), we have settled with the fact that an internship remains the best strategic career move one should take before taking on a full-time post. With 'strike while the iron is hot' as our credo, we believe internships allow for a period where professionalism can be inculcated in fresh minds, and character can be moulded effectively from the get-go; which would significantly affect one's career evolution.
