N-E-X-T: Where Strategy Meets Storytelling

We've been a little quiet, but there's been good reason for that – we've been busy evolving. Oh, and we launched The Third Degree somewhere in there too. (Sleep is overrated, right)

The communications world has shifted dramatically, and frankly, so have we. What started as traditional PR work has grown into something much more strategic. We're calling it N-E-X-T because this feels like a genuine upgrade in how we approach client partnerships.

What's Different Now

Honestly? We've become more selective about the work we take on, and more focused on the work that actually moves the needle. These days, we're spending more time in boardrooms than press rooms – helping brands think through their long-term positioning, not just their next social media post, op-ed or press release.

That behind-the-scenes strategy work we mentioned? It's become our sweet spot. We're the team you call when you need to figure out your story before you tell it to the world.

Still Your Full-Service Communications Partner

Don't worry – we haven't abandoned our roots. We're still the same Kuala Lumpur-based team with networks across Indonesia, Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond. We still love a good campaign launch, and we're still pretty good at crisis management when things go sideways.

But here's what we've learned: the best communications work happens when you take the long view. Instead of chasing media hits, we're building stakeholder relationships. Instead of reactive responses, we're creating proactive strategies.

We work with everyone from scrappy startups to established enterprises because good storytelling isn't about budget size – it's about having something worth saying and knowing how to say it well.

Training That Actually Sticks

Our training programmes come from real experience, not textbooks. We've been in the trenches dealing with crises, managing stakeholder expectations, and building brands from scratch. When we teach crisis communications, it's because we've actually managed a few. When we talk about stakeholder engagement, it's because we've seen what works and what doesn't.

We cover the usual suspects – crisis/reputation management, strategic planning, media relations, product launches – but we tailor everything to your specific situation. No death by PowerPoint, no generic case studies. Just practical skills you can use immediately.

Building Brands That Last

Here's where our startup background really shows. Our founders have been where you are – staring at a blank page, trying to figure out what your brand should sound like, wondering if anyone will actually care.

We get the unique challenges of building something from nothing. We understand the pressure of limited budgets and unlimited expectations. Most importantly, we know how to help you find your voice in a crowded marketplace.

Whether you need a complete brand audit or you're starting from scratch, we're in your corner. We'll help you figure out not just what to say, but how to say it in a way that actually resonates.

Let's Talk

If any of this sounds like what you need, let's have a conversation. No sales pitch, no lengthy proposals – just an honest chat about where you're headed and how we might help you get there.

Our director is always up for a good conversation (over food, or at least teh tarik):

Farrell Tan | (https://lnkd.in/fG6BiuD) | farrell@orchan.asia

Or drop us a line at changenow@orchan.asia – we promise to get back to you with something more interesting than an auto-reply.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Because every brand has a story worth telling – we just help you tell it better.
