Don’t get us wrong; we always remain professional when we’re with clients, showing our best attitude and our brightest smile, while getting our work done with flying colours. However, when we’re amongst ourselves, we’re equal, casual, and always having fun. We’re not afraid to make fun of each other (even our bosses!) and tease our colleagues 24/7, but we know we are always there to help each other out. But, if you can’t accept tough love and banter, Orchan is definitely not for you. We’re like that bunch of friends you have in high school that always picks on you, but you know will help you when the time comes. 

In Orchan, we like to think that we’re only as good as our team, so we fill the office with quirky, proactive, and inquisitive personalities, who also don’t fear individuality and political incorrectness. So, if you think you fit the criterion above, you’re the one for us! Join us, and we’ll share our knowledge, insight and a lot of gossip (including those about past interns). 

You don’t have to be a Public Relations student to work with Orchan; we understand and value related disciplines (marketing, creative writing, psychology, international relations), and how you can use your skills to create real solutions for our team and clients.
