Stakeholder Relations During Crisis We often think that during a crisis, our most important groups to communicate with are the media and our customers. Whilst it is true that they are important, their weighting in the overall business equation differs from organization to organization. Not to mention, there are other, potentially more important, stakeholders in the game too - and we have to think through how best to communicate to them as well.

Happy Birthday Orchan | Farrell Tan It's not everyday that a company turns ten (10), so I reckon that it warrants a short video. Yes, Orchan Consulting | Asia Sdn Bhd is ten today, and I couldn't be any prouder as to what we've achieved thus far.  The journey has been interesting (to say the least), and through all the ups and downs, the one thing that I'm most proud of is the fact that we've remained true to ourselves, which is to orchestrate change not only for the brands we represent, but also for ourselves. I'd like to say a huge thank you for all support we've received from Clients who believed, and continue to believe, in us; our colleagues (past, present.. and future); members of the media; and basically anyone who've helped us along the way. Happy Birthday Orchan | Craig J Selby Ten years, woah Nelly!  Just seems like yesterday Farrell and I were going through the motions and discussing the possibility of Orchan. Every business has its challenges, but within that paradigm, we get to learn. We learn about concepts, ideas, people. Most of all, we get to learn about ourselves too! I love learning, and every client has taught me something. I have grown in ways that I didn't think possible, and I've been involved in some absolute dream projects. Ten years is a milestone, but it's still the beginning of a bigger journey. As we take Orchan further afield and share our knowledge and counsel, we do so knowing that the hard work has paid off, and that we wouldn't be here today without the support of everyone who has been part of the Orchan story. Brands have shifted their focus from just Facebook.
