When Beer Inspires Great Cuisine

In their relentless quest for sharing their love of beer with the Malaysian Public, bistro-brew house Craft Brews took it to the next-level by presenting a unique dining experience through beer-inspired cuisine. This exclusive dining experience was about drawing together the rich culture of cooking and eating in Malaysia and innovating with fun, distinctive approaches.

This unique dining experience was enabled by "Cuisine Riot", a team of Malaysian-based TV Chef's, who not only took time to talk with and present to the crowd, but also displayed some of their art through table-side preparation. The celebrity Chefs incorporated the newly launched Roque range, creating both special cuisine and a unique entertaining experience. Guest were treated to dishes that blended perfectly with the five selected award-winning Roque beers, allowing people to find new ways to experience and appreciate beer.

Craft Brews saw it as their responsibility to create new and exciting opportunities to help and educate people on how to enjoy beer. Opening horizons with new experiences designed to develop patrons’ beer appreciation experiences is a central focus of the Craft Brews mission.

"It's about finding ways to connect people with beer and show the many different ways beer can be enjoyed’" said Craft Brews founder. Together with Malcolm Goh and Raymon Tham from Cuisine Riot, Craft Brews gave an exclusive evening that changed the guests perception of beer, showcasing that wine-pairing isn't the only possibility in the world of culinary opportunities by delivering beer-inspired cuisine.
