Are you a natural wordsmith? A people-person who thrives on challenges? One that experiences 'highs' from a job well-done? You're probably just starting out, or in the early phases of your career, but you're already making your mark. Or you have a few years of work experience, but looking for that next challenge with a different set of clients. Well, look no further because Orchan Consulting | Asia is on the hunt for someone exactly like you. 

However, let us get few things off our chest first: 

We're nice people (honest!), but we're not easy to work with (but this because we have high, but not unrealistic, expectations); we're loud, brash, non-conformist/PC, and upfront (so if you're a dainty little thing, chances are, we won't get along); but we're generous with the sharing of knowledge, and we treat everyone here as equals. At Orchan, we are a (modern, dysfunctional) family. 

Don't get us wrong, there are bosses, and there are rules of conduct (duh!); but there is also a lot of flexibility, and the candidate we're looking for is (ideally): smart, savvy, quirky and unafraid to challenge the status quo. After all, we believe that we're only as good as our team, which is why we're extremely selective of the people we hire.
