Ipoh
Parade is a community focussed mall that delivers what its patrons need and
want. In fulfilling that promise, and as
part of their massive refurbishment exercise in 2013/2014, the mall created
exciting new facilities for the public, especially for parents with very young
children.
Reinforcing
its role as the shopping destination for everyone, the mall has outfitted a brand
new Mother Care Room that brought convenience to parents with young children.
Ipoh
Parade also gave its existing Prayer Room a significant upgrade; a new façade
that espouses modernity and functionalism. Ipoh Parade furnished its Prayer
Rooms for its Muslim patrons with motifs of the Khatim Sulayman – Seal of the
Prophets - to make for a truly serene space for solemn contemplation.
“Ipoh
Parade is attentive to its visitor’s needs, and our Asset Enhancement
Initiatives does not only stop at changing the façade and feel of the mall
inside or out. Our ultimate goal is to make for an enjoyable shopping
experience. We hope that our efforts in providing the facility will meet the
needs of our shoppers’’, commented Chan Yu Yin, Ipoh Parade Centre Manager.
This was one of the
important re-branding and community milestones undertaken during 2014 for Ipoh
Parade, and fell under Orchan’s role in both rebranding/repositioning the mall,
and supporting their A&P activities.
