The year seems to have passed in the blink of an eye. The season of joy and giving is here again! Growing up in a traditional Chinese family, Christmas has never been a big part of my life. For many, you’d probably spend the entire year anticipating this wonderful day. However, for me, it was not until two weeks ago when I received an email invitation to a Christmas party in my mailbox. And I thought, why not?
Hosted by our client, Servcorp Malaysia, Christmas came rather early this year for Orchan as Farrell and I joined the team at the party for a fun, fulfilling time. Most times, we visit Servcorp for the usual work-related matters. Nonetheless, it was absolutely an exclusive experience this time round as we finally spend some good, personal time to catch-up (network) with the Servcorp clients and team members.

The quintessential thematic setting in the swanky, elegant Servcorp suites at Ilham Tower alongside the companionship of Santa Claus, certainly created a heartwarming Christmas ambience for the party. Over glasses of bubbly drinks (Champagne for me, of course!) as well as sumptuous food and desserts that marched right onto the Christmas table in the Servcorp boardroom, the party began!
Exclusively organised for Servcorp clients and partners from all three (3) locations in KL, an array of activities was set up to keep the guests accompanied throughout the night. The Servcorp team sang along to a series of melodious Christmas carols to enliven the Christmas spirit such as ‘We wish you a Merry Christmas’, ‘Jingle Bell Rock’, and ‘Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer’. The team continued spreading cheers through the Servcorp Lucky Draw session, expressing their utmost gratitude and appreciation to those who have extended support in the last 12 months.

Bubbling with enthusiasm, bright ideas, and confidence, Yi Jing set foot in the PR world with Orchan Consulting, where she was offered permanent employment after a successful internship. She is determined to make her mark in the industry, and her bosses know that she will.
